David was a complete professional. He always kept be informed regarding status of sale with daily updates. He also provided me with contacts related to the structural integrity of my basement walls. With information obtained from structural engineer, he obtained quotes from foundation repair companies, enlisted Keystone Foundation Repair to address the concern based on quote, helped remove shrubs necessary to do repair and delayed payment to time of settlement. I was initially reluctant to use a realtor however, your representative was able to sell my home quickly and at above original listed price.

This evaluation is outdated, but I did want to make sure that I provided one due to the exemplary service that I received. David Pelletier, who was my agent during my home search, was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. For the longest time, I had no idea what I was looking for being a first time home buyer. I could not make up my mind on location, home details, home size and many other important facets. I took breaks in the middle of the search and was probably not the easiest person that David has ever served. Through all of this, David was steadfast in his approach and made the entire experience so fulfilling for me. He never once made me feel rushed, his advice was always spot on and most importantly, I trusted him to help me make the best decisions for me. He built that trust through his actions and just with the kind of person he is. It is rare to find someone that genuinely cares and I always felt from day one that David was not looking to just find me any house, but was helping me search for a home that I could grow in and what was perfect for me. I am blessed every day that I got to work with David Pelletier and would refer anyone and everyone his way due to the service that he provided to me. If and when I am ever in the market again I know exactly who I am going to call first. We could not have asked for a better agent. Dave was attentive to all the details, the ones of which were aware and letting us know matters and how he handled them when we weren't aware of them. He seemed genuinely interested in our being able to get the most "bang for our buck" throughout the sale of our house - from finding the right price at which to sell the house to the end of closing of the sale.
